MAQ Aviation sells digital educational products that are delivered electronically after purchase.

Digital Products

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered simply because a customer changes their mind after accessing or downloading the purchased material.

This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Refunds may be considered where:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You paid successfully but did not receive access to the purchased product.
• The file supplied is materially defective or cannot reasonably be opened or used.
• You received a product materially different from the product described at the time of purchase.
• A refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer-protection law.
