What you're buying. The IEP Service Minutes Tracker (Full version) is digital content (downloadable files) supplied immediately after payment. The Free Lite version costs nothing, so no payment or refund applies to it.

Customers in the European Union: right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once supply has begun only if, before paying, you:

1. expressly agreed that supply of the digital content may begin immediately, before the end of the withdrawal period; and
2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

At checkout these are two separate, required boxes. Your answers are recorded with your order, and your order confirmation email confirms them.

If these conditions were not met for your order, you keep your statutory right of withdrawal: you can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase by emailing mccorporation00@gmail.com with the email address and date of your order. I will refund you within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method.

Problems with the files (all customers). If a file won't open, is damaged or doesn't work as described, email mccorporation00@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and I'll help you fix it, send a corrected file or give you a refund. This commitment is in addition to your statutory rights (including, where it applies, the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content) and does not limit them.
