AVATARS:

✩ You may not make my avatars public, this includes sharing the avatar you uploaded with friends, or sticking my avatar in a world.

✩ You may not price split, redistribute, sell, or trade any of my avatars.

✩ You may not asset mine off of my avatars

✩ You may not steal textures/matcaps/emissions off of my avatars

✩ You may not obtain my model through any illegal means (vrmodels)

✩ I will not be held responsible for any external issues (such as a virus from downloading illegally). The only way to download my products is through my website.

✩ You may edit my avatar but don't make it unrecognizable. All edits must remain for personal use.

✩ Chargebacks result in an instant ban and blacklist from mine AND my partners servers.

✩ I am not liable for any damages. 

✩ You may not make any NSFW changes to my avatars. If this happens I will start cutting mesh.

✩ If used on social media or streaming, please credit me. (Shop link)

ASSETS:

✩ You may not price split, redistribute, trade, or sell my assets.

✩ You may ONLY edit assets with my permission. (Make a ticket)

✩ You may not share my assets with anyone

✩ There's no limit to how many of my assets you can use on my avatar

✩ Please check to see what liscenses are permitted for each asset (personal, commercial, public, free, or nitro)

✩ You must credit me when used 

✩ You may not leak my assets on any sites 

✩ You may not hold false copyright on any of my assets (or avatars)

✩ You may not edit my mesh's to resell. (check 2nd rule)

NITRO:

✩ Boosting and leaving results in you losing your licenses to the assets/avatars

✩ In order to achieve Golden Nitro, you must boost for a month straight.

✩ You must abide by all current TOS

✩ You can't share discount codes with anyone

✩ Supporters have the same rules.

SERVER FREE:

✩ Downloading and leaving results in you losing your licenses to the assets/avatars

✩ You MUST stay in the server A MONTH before you can leave or else you lose rights to the asset/avatar.

✩ You must abide by all current TOS

✩ You can't share codes with anyone.

UPLOADS:

✩ I will only upload ONE avatar at a time

✩ If you're looking for several avatars to be uploaded within 2 days, there is a $5 fee.

✩ You CAN NOT rush me. Unity can be slow and I have a life.

✩ If I don't own the rights to the avi, you must purchase it for me!

✩ If I believe you don't own an avi, I have the right to contact a creator and give them your information. I am not responsible if you end up blacklisted.
