About the Guide Creator

This guide was created by Amanda Lan, founder of MapMeHealthy and The Shaolin Café Collective.

Her work draws from decades of embodied practice across martial arts, health Qigong, creative disciplines, and lived application. Rather than teaching systems to follow, she focuses on helping people listen to what the body is already communicating — through movement, nourishment, breath, and rhythm.

MapMeHealthy exists to offer calm, practical support for real life — especially during moments of transition, grief, fatigue, or disconnection.
