Free U.S. Shipping – All orders ship to the United States only

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated shipping times are as follows:


Standard Shipping (U.S. orders): 3–6 business days


Standard Shipping (International fulfillment, when applicable): 5–20 business days (Note: All orders are shipped to U.S. addresses; ‘international fulfillment’ only means that some items may be produced in overseas facilities before being shipped to you.)


(Yes, sometimes your package travels more than you do.)


Please allow 2–5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out, as each item is made-to-order by our trusted fulfillment partners.


(Faster than a squirrel on espresso, but slower than a lazy garden snail.)


Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, holidays, or carrier issues.


(Blame it on snowstorms, sunburned delivery trucks, or that one stubborn raccoon.)



2. Shipping Fees

Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders.


(Zero shipping fees—because even the owls agree, money saved is wise.)



3. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of being placed. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.


(Orders glide through our system like a deer through the forest—graceful, steady, and always on track.)



4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier's website.


Each item is fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted partners, ensuring the fastest delivery possible. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.


(Because your jewelry might be social and wants to visit friends on the way to you.)

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to the following locations:


United States (all states)


We do not ship to the following locations:


Any international destinations outside the U.S.


All orders are fulfilled by our partners and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address.


(One day we’ll ship worldwide—once the birds agree to help with international delivery.)



 6. International Shipping

We currently do not offer direct international shipping through our store. While we don’t ship to international customers, some U.S. orders may be fulfilled from our partners’ international facilities depending on stock and destination.


(So yes—your order might travel the world even if we don’t ship worldwide.)



 7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at mariealise.designs@gmail.com.


We can correct this within 24 hours of order placement. After that window, the order may already be in production and cannot be changed.


(After 24 hours, your order is basically a determined little acorn—we can’t stop it from becoming whatever it wants to be.)



8. Replacement Limitations

Replacements are limited to one per order. If a replacement item is also reported as damaged or defective, we’ll assess the situation and determine the best solution, which may include a refund or store credit.


(Even the raccoons agree this is fair.)



Fraud Prevention Policies

1. Fraud Prevention

We take fraudulent claims seriously. If we detect suspicious patterns — such as repeated “damaged item” reports or inconsistent claims — we reserve the right to deny replacements or refunds.


(We love generosity, but not the “mysteriously broken every Tuesday” kind.)



2. Out-of-Stock Items for Exchanges

If an item you want exchanged is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or allow you to select a different item of equal value.
