Free U.S. Shipping – All orders ship to the United States only

At Marie Alise, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Below is an overview of our shipping policies.



A. Jewelry (Website & Direct Orders Only)

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated shipping times are as follows:


Standard Shipping (U.S. orders): 3–6 business days


Standard Shipping (International fulfillment, when applicable): 5–20 business days (Note: All orders are shipped to U.S. addresses; ‘international fulfillment’ only means that some items may be produced in overseas facilities before being shipped to you.)


(Yes, sometimes your package travels more than you do.)


Please allow 2–5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out, as each item is made-to-order by our trusted fulfillment partners.


(Faster than a squirrel on espresso, but slower than a lazy garden snail.)


Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, holidays, or carrier issues.


(Blame it on snowstorms, sunburned delivery trucks, or that one stubborn raccoon.)



2. Shipping Fees

Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders.


(Zero shipping fees—because even the owls agree, money saved is wise.)



3. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of being placed. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier's website.


Each item is fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted partners, ensuring the fastest delivery possible. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to the following locations:


United States (all states)


We do not ship to the following locations:


Any international destinations outside the U.S.


All orders are fulfilled by our partners and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address.


(One day we’ll ship worldwide—once the birds agree to help with international delivery.)



 6. International Shipping

We currently do not offer direct international shipping through our store. While we don’t ship to international customers, some U.S. orders may be fulfilled from our partners’ international facilities depending on stock and destination.


(So yes—your order might travel the world even if we don’t ship worldwide.)



 7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at mariealise.designs@gmail.com.


We can correct this within 24 hours of order placement. After that window, the order may already be in production and cannot be changed.


(After 24 hours, your order is basically a determined little acorn—we can’t stop it from becoming whatever it wants to be.)



8. Replacement Limitations

Replacements are limited to one per order. If a replacement item is also reported as damaged or defective, we’ll assess the situation and determine the best solution, which may include a refund or store credit.



B. Clothing & Accessories (TikTok Shop Orders Only)

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Standard shipping for U.S. orders is typically 3–6 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier, fulfillment location, and other factors. You can track your order directly in the TikTok app for the most up-to-date information.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders.


(We cover shipping, so your wallet can stay as happy as a squirrel with a full stash of acorns.)



3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Actual processing times may vary depending on fulfillment and carrier schedules. You can track your order directly in the TikTok app for updates.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you can track its progress directly in the TikTok app under ‘Your Orders.’ For any issues with delivery or tracking, please contact TikTok Shop Support.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly in the TikTok app at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders with incorrect addresses may not be deliverable, and you should contact TikTok support for assistance.


(A mistyped address can send your order on a scenic tour of the countryside, but TikTok support can help guide it back from the wild if it strays.)



C. Jewelry (Website & Direct Orders Only)

1. Returns, Refunds & Item Issues

We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, but in the event that your package is lost, damaged, or you received the wrong item during transit, please contact us at mariealise.designs@gmail.com immediately.


What we need from you:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item (including packaging if possible)
  • Brief description of the issue

You do not need to send the item back. Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Claims must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can submit them to our fulfillment partner. Once received, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or process a refund in rare cases where a replacement isn’t possible.


Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived and tracking shows no updates within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us right away so we can assist you. After this window, we are unable to file a claim, and the package is considered lost by the carrier.


(Lost or damaged? Don’t worry—your sparkly treasures are still our top priority, like bees protecting their honey.)



D. Clothing & Accessories (TikTok Shop Orders Only)

1. Returns, Refunds & Item Issues

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, with the original tags and SKU label attached, and returned in their original packaging, as required by TikTok Shop return guidelines.
  • Returns can be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as “Delivered.”


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Jewelry, intimates/lingerie, swimwear, and certain beauty items are final sale.
  • Items that do not meet return conditions may not be accepted or may be eligible for a partial refund or restocking fee.


How to Request a Return:

  1. Open the TikTok app and go to Your Orders.
  2. Select the item you wish to return and tap Request Return/Refund.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive a prepaid return shipping label or QR code.
  4. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location (UPS, USPS, FedEx).


Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed 3–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Returned items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.


Lost or Damaged Items:

  • If an item is lost or damaged during transit, you can raise a claim through TikTok Shop within 30 calendar days from delivery.

E. Fraud Prevention Policies

1. Fraud Prevention

We take fraudulent claims seriously. If we detect suspicious patterns — such as repeated “damaged item” reports or inconsistent claims — we reserve the right to deny replacements or refunds.


(We love generosity, but not the “mysteriously broken every Tuesday” kind.)



2. Out-of-Stock Items for Exchanges

If an item you want exchanged is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or allow you to select a different item of equal value.
