My TOS for when it comes to buying my Models and Files:

◈- No Refunds: Before buying any of my models/files, make sure to think about it. I strictly offer no refunds.

◈- Prior Knowledge: Please have any prior knowledge to the ins-and-outs of the softwares, Blender and Unity, before making any purchases. Especially for uploading them yourself.

◈- File Sharing: It is strictly forbideen to share any files you have bought to other people. Unless for the reasons specified below.

◈- Models and File Rights: When you purchase any files from me, you own the right to make any edits and/or additions to the model. And are also allowed to make any private uploads to yourself, the customer. However, it is strictly forbidden to make any of my models public, share files publicly, and to upload to others who have not purchased the files themself. Doing so will result in a blacklist from my store and my discord, not allowing any further purchases. Furthermore, will also warn other creators.

However, you may upload edits of a model to friends if they too have purchased the same model you have edited. However, you will be held fully responsible, alongside them, for any wrong doings that person you have uploaded to may cause. And if you have uploaded to someone who hasn't purchased the files, you and them are also fully responsible.

You, under no circumstances, are allowed to make any of my purchasable files or avatars public, whether heavily edited or not.

Furthermore, if there are any publications or rips of my models/files, I will not hesitate to directly DMCA takedown with legal action.

◈- Reselling: Reselling any of my models/files is strictly prohibited, whether it is heavily edited or not.

◈- Payment Methods: PayHip allows for Paypal and Stripe, this includes the usage of Debit and Credit cards. I do not offer any other payment methods such as Cash-app.

If you are having issues with making a purchase, then check if it is Bank issue, Card Issue, or if any of the processors are currently having issues.

◈- Contact Me: If you are experiencing any bugs or issues with an avatar, let me know in my server, do not directly DM me. [Most likely would get drowned out and I wouldn't get to respond] And if you are having struggles with uploading an avatar yourself, then you can ask around for help from people who may be willing to teach or help you out. But this also ties in with one of the earlier ToS segments, to have prior knowledge before purchase.

◈- Blacklisting: I will blacklist if you make any of mine or other creators avatars public that are made to be private, same goes for ripping. Also will blacklist if I have you blocked/Banned via VRC or Discord. If you try force a refund via charge-backs or other means, I will not hesitate to go through the legal processes and provide all necessary evidence to disregard the charge backs. Alongside blacklisting. I can also blacklist outside of any of these reasons if I feel so.

◈- Using In Media: You are freely allowed to use my content in any Videos, Animations, Renders, Etc [As long as you are not falsely advertising any of my content, or using maliciously]. 

However full credit with my user and PayHip is required. And tag me if you can! Would love to see what work is done with my models.

◈- Hate speech/Harassment: Do not use any of my avatars for hate speech or harassment towards others, this will lead to a blacklist and ban.
