Terms of Service (TOS)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase, use, and distribution of digital products, models, assets, and related items ("Products") offered through [Your Store Name] ("Store," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using any Product, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not purchase or use our Products.

1. License Grant

Upon full payment, you are granted a non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Product(s) for personal use within VRChat or other approved platforms.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, leak, gift, transfer, or otherwise make the Product(s) available to third parties, whether in original or modified form.

You may modify Products for personal/commercial use only. Modified versions remain subject to these Terms.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share or distribute Products in any form (including but not limited to file-sharing sites, Discord servers, or social platforms).

• Engage in leaking, piracy, or unauthorized resale.

• Participate in price-splitting (e.g., multiple people pooling funds to buy one license).

• Use Products in a way that violates VRChat’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

• Use Products for defamatory, harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful purposes.

3. Payment & Chargebacks

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued except where legally required. By purchasing, you acknowledge that chargebacks and payment disputes are a violation of these Terms.

Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent revocation of your license(s), reporting to payment processors, and possible legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

All Products remain the intellectual property of Math3w unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of a license does not grant ownership of the original design, source files, or copyright.

Unauthorized duplication, resale, or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal consequences.

5. Enforcement & Consequences

Violation of these Terms may result in:

• Revocation of your license(s) without refund.

• Permanent ban from purchasing future Products.

• Reporting of your information to relevant platforms and payment processors.

• Legal action for damages and/or injunctive relief.

6. No Warranty

Products are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with all avatars, assets, software, or hardware.

You assume full responsibility for ensuring that Products meet your needs before purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our Products.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in dispute.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
