By purchasing from me you are agreeing to my terms of service

1. License & Usage

• All avatars are sold as a personal, non-transferable license.
• You may use the avatar for personal use only in VRChat and other compatible platforms.
• Commercial use (including streaming, monetized content, or promotional use) is not allowed unless explicitly stated or you have dmed me.

2. Redistribution & Sharing

• You may NOT share, resell, trade, gift, leak, or redistribute the avatar files in any form.
• Uploading the files to public avatar worlds, asset libraries, or file-sharing platforms is strictly prohibited.
• Each purchase is intended for one individual only.

3. Editing & Modifications

• You are allowed to edit and customize the avatar as far as you like for personal use all I ask is that you don't take my name off of the avatar!
• You may NOT sell, distribute, or share edited versions of the avatar.
• You may NOT claim the avatar (edited or unedited) as your own work.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

5. Prohibited Use

• You may not use the avatar for illegal, hateful, or abusive content.
• Use of the avatar in a way that harms MY reputation is prohibited.

6. Account Responsibility

• Do not share your Payhip account or files with others.
• Any misuse traced back to your purchase may result in loss of access and potential bans from future purchases.

7. Updates & Support

• Updates are not guaranteed but may be provided at the creator’s discretion.
• Basic support may be offered, but compatibility with all future VRChat updates is not guaranteed.

8. Termination

• Violation of these terms may result in revocation of your license without refund.

9. Agreement

• By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
