1. License & Usage

All avatars are sold as a personal, non-transferable license, not ownership.
You may use the avatar for personal use only in VRChat and other compatible platforms.
Commercial use (including streaming, monetized content, or promotional use) is not allowed unless explicitly stated or purchased separately.

2. Redistribution & Sharing

You may NOT share, resell, trade, gift, leak, or redistribute the avatar files in any form.
Uploading the files to public avatar worlds, asset libraries, or file-sharing platforms is strictly prohibited.
Each purchase is intended for one individual only.

Some avatars may include assets created by other artists. Those assets remain the property of their original creators.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

Do not share your Payhip account or files with others.
Any misuse traced back to your purchase may result in loss of access and potential bans from future purchases.

8. Updates & Support

Updates are not guaranteed but may be provided at the creator’s discretion.
Basic support may be offered, but compatibility with all future VRChat updates is not guaranteed.

9. Termination

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of your license without refund.

10. Agreement

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
