1. Digital Products

Our products are delivered digitally. Please review the product description and included content before purchasing.

2. Refund Requests

Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded after purchase, refunds are not automatic. However, every refund request will be reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable law.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order or were charged incorrectly, contact us with your order details so we can investigate.

4. Download or Access Issues

If you have paid successfully but cannot access or download your eBook, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

5. Cancellation

A completed digital purchase may not be cancellable once access or delivery has begun, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
