They are always guiding and assisting you with the decisions to make & direction to take so that things unfold with ease.
So if you're not communicating with your spirit guides & ancestors daily, you're kinda missing out my loves!
Communicating with your spiritual team is actually quite easy, it's more a case of are you listening?? 
Here are 3 ways I communicate with my spirit team 
1. Directly talk with them
This mostly happens in my mind, but there may be time I talk to them out loud, too.
I ask my spirit guides for all sorts of things, from carpark spots, bringing me my soul clients to how I should navigate decisions I need to make in my life.
They always answer me. It might not be instantly or the answer I wanted 
but I trust their guidance above all things.
2. Visual Meditation
I set the intention for my spirit guides to take me on little trips within the Universe. It might be within my own akashic records or to other realms and dimensions.
Or I'll use this method to meet new spirit guides too.
I highly recommend a little meditation 
with your guides, it's super cool. I always get such big epiphanies when I do this.
3. Oracle Cards
I love asking my spirit guides what message they have for me using oracle cards. Sometimes I'm not happy with my card, so I pick another one...admit it, you do it too 
but it's such an easy way to communicate with them that doesn't require too much effort. And if I want to communicate with my loved ones in spirit, of course, I see the Whispers from Above cards
