Mediumship & God aren't usually two words you use together, but as New Zealand's Modern Medium I'm here to shift the understanding of mediumship.
Mediumship is widely misunderstood by society. It is often deemed evil or something that can't be done. These beliefs have been mostly shaped by some religions.
These religions are often the ones teaching that God is an almighty power over you. The one that either rewards you if you've been good to enter heaven or punishes you if you've been bad and banished to hell.
I never asked to be a medium.
I didn't even know what a medium was until I was 18. And when I found out that I was in fact a medium, I did not want to be one. Why me?
Yet...my mediumship career has unfolded into this big mission of #makingmediumshipthenorm
Being a medium is plastered all over my astrology - so how can you tell me it's not real?!
I'm sick and tired of hearing that mediumship is wrong or can't be done!
My mediumship is loving, compassionate, empowering, inspiring and healing and pretty damn accurate!
Christians love to blast Bible quotes about how mediumship is witchcraft.
Yet mediumship has led me to the truth of God no religion could.
It's through mediumship and all the connections I've brought through that I've learnt that God is not a power over me, but a Source within me.
When you know the truth of God, there is no good vs evil, right vs wrong, better vs worse - it's all unconditional love.
This is why mediumship is the gateway to God. Your loved ones in spirit are pure unconditional love. Connecting with them is connecting with God.
This is the shift in paradigm modern mediumship is bringing. Mediumship is not something to be feared, it's something to be embraced.
When we embrace mediumship, we're not just communicating with spirits; we're experiencing a profound connection to the God that flows through us all.
Jesus kept saying through me you'll be led to God - "I and the father are one".
Christ's teachings are about dissolving all separation to God. Which is what true mediumship teaches us, we are all one.
