Avatar License Agreement & Terms of Service
By purchasing any avatar or model from me you agree to follow the Terms of Service. These Terms are presented at checkout, and by completing the transaction you expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree to be governed by them in full.
Purchase, access, or download of the Avatar constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Grant of License
Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Avatar or Model solely for personal, non-commercial use within VRChat, in accordance with VRChat’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You do not own the Avatar or any underlying character, design, or assets.
All rights, title, and interest remain the exclusive property of their respective owner.
This license is personal to you and may not be:
-Shared
-Resold
-Distributed
-Sub-licensed
-Transferred in any manner
2. Purchase for Third Parties
If purchasing an Avatar or Model for another individual, you must only give it to the individual you purchased it for and no one else.
No other transfer of license is permitted.
3. Avatar Protection:
You can, extract, modify, or reuse any assets, textures, meshes, animations, or files from the Avatar or model just dont disclose as your own piece and you must give credit.
You cannot upload the Avatar for anyone other than yourself.
You're prohibited to share, distribute, leak, or transmit the Unity package, FBX, textures, assets, or any associated files via any platform or method.
You can upload the Avatar as Public in VRChat however credit would be advised.
You can not claim as your own work
Do not claim the Avatar, its design, or any included assets as your own work.
If needed to use parts for Commission you can just disclose that you have
Both you and the commissioned artist must own valid licenses to the Avatar.
Price splitting (shared or group-purchases) is strictly prohibited.
4. Adult & Restricted Content
18+ conversions or usage are allowed but only if both you and the Avatar’s character are legally recognized adults. And You may not post, publish, or share any explicit media using the Avatar online or in public venues.
All explicit content must remain strictly private.
5. Anti-Piracy & Unauthorized Communities
You agree not to engage in or participate in activities involving:
Unauthorized ripping or redistributing of the Avatar, Sharing pirated content, extraction tools, or methods
Joining, supporting, or contributing to communities (e.g., Discord servers, websites, forums) focused on ripping or distributing unauthorized VRChat assets
6. Accurate Purchase Information
You affirm that at the time of purchase, your Discord and VRChat usernames are entered accurately and truthfully. This information may be used for license verification.
7. Termination of License
We reserve the right to immediately revoke your license, disable download access, and terminate all rights to the Avatar without notice or refund if we determine that you have violated any portion of these Terms.
Upon termination, you must permanently delete all copies of the Avatar and its associated files.
Customer support, technical help, product guidance, or any other assistance (including through Discord channels, direct messages, troubleshooting, updates, or modifications) is reserved exclusively for Purchasers who have abided by these Terms.
If at any point you are found to have broken these Terms of Service, we will no longer be providing assistance.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or permanently deny any support.
8. Refund & Chargeback Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Because the Avatar is digital content delivered instantly, you hereby waive all rights to refunds, returns, reversals, and chargebacks once access or download has been granted.
Attempted chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in loss of all licenses and access.
9. Checkout Agreement
You:
Confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service
Provide explicit consent to be bound by them
Agree that your purchase cannot be completed without accepting the Terms displayed at checkout
Acknowledge that these Terms form a binding contract upon purchase
10. Acknowledgment
Your download, access, or continued use of the Avatar confirms your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
11. DMCA Enforcement
All Avatar files, assets, and associated content are protected under international copyright law. Unauthorized ripping or distribution will result in immediate DMCA takedown action against all platforms hosting the infringing material. We may also pursue additional legal remedies, including but not limited to financial damages, removal of VRChat accounts from platform, and revocation of all purchased licenses.
