I’m Randa, a fellow nurse. I have experience across various settings and have enjoyed working in every single one.

After witnessing the importance of mental well-being and self-care in nursing and daily life, I’ve dedicated this space to help healthcare professionals (and others) find balance, embrace mindfulness, and reconnect with what matters most. Here, you’ll find resources and strategies to assist you as you embrace self-care, wellness, and mental health to help you live a more intentional and fulfilling life.

Anyone who has worked in healthcare can appreciate the realization that it is a business. And, although a business, we are taught that healthcare is a "calling" and not a career.

This was emphasized to me during Covid. We are risking our lives to help save lives. So many died. So many felt that we were being dramatic. So much trauma. So little awareness to our own mental health. So much burnout. So many nurses quitting.

I started my own personal journey to mental well-being during Covid, when therapy became telehealth. Through this, I have learned so many amazing coping mechanisms and so much support. I want to share this with you!

No matter your role in healthcare, you are valued. Your well-being is important. You deserve to put you first. Let’s navigate this journey together!
