Terms and Conditions – Natural Person

I. General Definitions

  • Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions.
  • Service – the online service aromax.online, operating at https://aromax.online.
  • Service Provider – the owner of the Service, a natural person, Dawid Krzyżewski, residing at Sochaczewska 12, 05-840 Brwinów.
  • Service Recipient – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided via the Service by the Service Provider.
  • Electronic Communication – communication between parties via email (digihub135@gmail.com) or contact forms available on the website.

II. General Provisions

  • The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Service and specify the rights and obligations of Service Recipients and the Service Provider in relation to the use of the Service.
  • The subject of the Service Provider’s services is providing free tools in the form of the Service, allowing Service Recipients access to content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, web applications, and electronic forms.
  • Any content, articles, or information containing guidance or advice published on the Service is only general information and is not directed to individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not liable for the use of such content by Service Recipients.
  • Service Recipients bear full responsibility for how they use the materials provided in the Service, including compliance with applicable law.
  • The Service Provider does not provide any guarantees regarding the usefulness of the materials posted on the Service.
  • The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by Service Recipients or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risks related to the use of the Service, including the use of information posted on the Service, are borne by the Service Recipient.

III. Terms of Use of the Service

  • Use of the Service by Service Recipients is free and voluntary.
  • Service Recipients must read and accept the Terms and Conditions and other documents constituting its integral part to continue using the Service.
  • Service Recipients may not use any personal data obtained from the Service for marketing purposes.

Technical requirements for using the Service:

  • A device with a display capable of showing web pages
  • Internet connection
  • Any web browser that displays websites according to W3C standards and supports HTML5 pages
  • Enabled JavaScript
  • Enabled Cookies
  • To ensure the security of the Service Provider, Service Recipients, and other users, all Service Recipients should follow generally accepted online safety rules.
  • It is prohibited for Service Recipients, personally or using software, to:
  • Decompile or analyze source code without written consent
  • Overload the Service server without written consent
  • Attempt to detect vulnerabilities in the Service or server configuration without written consent
  • Upload or inject code, scripts, or software that may harm the Service, other users, or the Service Provider
  • Upload or inject code, scripts, or software that may track or steal data from users or the Service Provider
  • Take any actions aimed at damaging, blocking, or preventing the Service from operating
  • If a cybersecurity incident or GDPR breach occurs, Service Recipients should first report it to the Service Provider for quick resolution.

IV. Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Service Recipients can use the Service without registration.
  • Registration is required only to access additional services available to logged-in users.
  • Registration is voluntary and free.
  • Each Service Recipient may have only one account.
  • Technical requirement: an individual email account.
  • By registering, Service Recipients consent to the processing of their personal data provided during registration, including any changes or deletion.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts at its discretion if the Terms and Conditions, applicable law, social norms, or interests of the Service Provider or third parties are violated.

Account security rules:

  • Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.
  • The Service Provider will never ask for a user’s password.

Account deletion:

  • Users can delete their accounts via the Service panel.
  • Deleting the account will remove all identifying data and anonymize the username and email address.

  • Approximate location
  • Visited pages and time spent
  • Operating system

  • Internet speed and provider

  • Username, full name, email address
  • Logged-in users may have a unique identifier stored in cookies linked to their account.

VII. Copyright

  • The Service Provider owns the Service and all copyrights.
  • Some content is copyrighted by third parties and used under license or free license.
  • Copying, reproducing, or storing any materials from the Service without written consent is prohibited, except for certain search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.).
  • Simple news information without commentary may be used freely.

VIII. Changes to the Terms

  • The Service Provider may change the Terms at any time without explanation.
  • Registered users will be notified by email.
  • Changes take effect immediately for non-registered users and after 7 days for registered users.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

IX. Final Provisions

  • The Service Provider strives for continuous service but is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure or third parties.
  • The Service Provider may change information, temporarily suspend services, or permanently discontinue the Service without prior notice.
  • The Service Provider may assign rights and obligations under the Service without consent.
  • Current and previous Terms are available on the Service website.
  • Contact the Service Provider via email, phone, or contact form only for Service-related matters.

X. Complaints

  • The Seller is responsible for delivering goods free of physical and legal defects. Non-consumer clients are excluded from statutory warranty.
  • Consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act.
  • The Seller must respond to complaints within 14 days.

  • Consumers are responsible for returning goods, except if the Seller collects them.
  • Some goods may have manufacturer warranties.

XI. Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumers may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.
  • The withdrawal period starts when the Consumer or a third party takes possession of the goods.
  • The statement can be sent via email or contact form before the deadline.
  • The Seller will refund all payments within 14 days, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
  • Consumers must return goods within 14 days, bearing direct return costs.
  • Consumers are liable for any reduction in the goods’ value resulting from use beyond checking their features and function.
