Purchased files are ordinarily delivered electronically through the download process provided by Payhip.

Refund Requests

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, we encourage customers to review the product details before purchasing.

However, customers may contact us if a file is defective, corrupted, materially different from its description, or not delivered as promised.

We will investigate eligible requests and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, correction or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
