Classes are held live at the scheduled time. I understand that unexpected situations, such as internet or technical issues, personal circumstances, or other disruptions, can sometimes prevent attendance. While I'm unable to offer refunds for missed sessions once a class has started, I always aim to be fair and understanding.

When availability allows, I may offer a future make-up class or alternative session, though this cannot be guaranteed.
