My models are Copyright Protected. You may not redistribute any model/any of its files to anyone/anyplace under any circumstances.

EX: Pricesplitting/buying it once and uploading to multiple people's accounts / sharing gumroad/payhip/jinxxy/etc accounts.

You may use my models for streaming/content purposes, however you must credit me at least once and when someone asks.

Do not make any avatar public/cloneable or put them on a pedestal. This is against VRChat's TOS and you risk getting your account banned for public NSFW features.

My Avatars are not intended for anyone under 18. Please do not purchase them for yourself or anyone else who is a minor.

All purchases are final. If you have an issue with a model, contact me via my discord server. Do not DM me.

You cannot reuse/farm any assets or textures from this model. They must be purchased from their original creators. You cannot resell this model.

You must provide your current Discord and VRChat name at checkout, or your access will be revoked, you will be blacklisted, and other creators will be notified.

You can edit my models as long as they are still recognizable to my original design. You cannot sell your edits of my model.

If you can't upload the model yourself, make a ticket in my discord server and I will upload it for you with for no additional charge.

My models should not be used for hateful/harmful purposes or be used with AI.
