These rules go for all of my assets - old and new.

• I cannot issue refunds. There is no way of proving you do not have the product in some form, therefore I cannot issue you a refund.
• Splitting the price is prohibited. I try to keep my prices as low as possible so everyone can afford it, I run at a loss, so please respect this rule.
• Please credit me. Please credit to my gumroad/payhip, this is the only way people can find my work.
• Using my assets on paid/nitro free/public models are allowed. There is no restrictions on how you use my work as to allow for more diversity in the avatar community. (unless specified on the product, i.e beans base)
• Editing is allowed. Please feel free to use only part of my asset, all of it or add to it etc. There is no limit.
• Claiming as your own is strictly prohibited. Even if you heavily edit them, if you started with my asset I still need to be credited.
• This should go without saying but unfortunately it needs to be said. Absolutely no posting on any site to be downloaded. You must download from my gumroad/payhip or server. If your friend wants an asset, please link them to my store.

• The above doesn't apply to commissions. The only rule for commissions is you are NOT allowed to sell my asset as is, or edited. On finished avatars is allowed to be sold

I hope that these are reasonable to you, and ask that you follow them - moobean
