All products sold by Mothers & Makers Design Studio are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods:

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered once a purchase is completed.
• Please read product descriptions carefully before purchase.
• If you encounter any technical issues with downloads or files, contact us immediately at mothersmakers@gmail.com  — we will make it right (i.e., replace corrupted files or help with access).

Physical Products (if applicable in future):

• If physical goods are offered later, separate return/refund policies will be provided at the point of sale.
