About Me
I’m Hanna, and my passion for sport grew out of curiosity and joy in movement.
Through gymnastics, athletics, swimming, and cycling, I explored many different ways to move and discovered how much I love challenging myself, sensing my limits, and experiencing sport in all its forms.
This versatility still shapes how I train, coach, and think about movement today.
In 2016, I discovered CrossFit and instantly felt at home. Since 2019, I’ve been sharing my enthusiasm and knowledge as a CrossFit coach in both individual and group settings.
Studying psychology (B.Sc.) in Göttingen, which I completed in 2021, deepened my understanding of how unique people are in their needs, motivations, and goals. It also showed me how much I enjoy supporting others in their personal development.
As a sport psychologist (M. Sc., BSP Berlin) and systemic coach (HISA Institute Hamburg), my focus is on understanding the demands of sport and performance contexts.
I believe that bringing a psychological perspective into sport opens new possibilities, reveals potential, and helps create a lasting, meaningful enjoyment of movement.
