If you run into a problem with JibberJabbey and can’t troubleshoot it yourself, get in touch. It's almost always a really simple fix with your OpenAI/Azure/ElevenLabs accounts or system settings.
If there’s a bug in the program, Jabbey will offer you a replacement or a refund.
A refund or replacement can’t be offered if:
- you changed your mind, found a similar app elsewhere, or decided you didn't like the app
- the problem with the app was caused by misuse (e.g. JibberJabbey will no work if OpenAI suspends your account access for misuse)
- the problem with the app was caused by the actions of someone other than Jabbey (e.g. Azure, OpenAI, ElevenLabs)
- you were made aware of a problem with or feature of the app before you bought it (so make sure you read the product description and FAQs before purchasing)
