If you have any interest in any of the assets used on my models please find the credits page at the bottom of

every avatars description.

LEAKING OF ANY AVATAR IN ANY WAY WILL RESULT IN A PERMENENT BAN FROM ANY FUTURE PURCHASES.

Please provide proper credits to any of the store pages you bought an asset or avatar from no matter how drastic of changes to have done to the asset/avatar.

All textures used on my avatars are either their original textures or edits of the originals, Ripping ANY textures from any of my models breaks this TOS and the original creators TOS.

Social media usage:

You may use my models on social media platforms such as, instagram, twitter (X), Twitch, Tiktok, etc.

Any content made with my creations must have proper credits provided and any form of refusal to credit my work will result in a DMCA and a blacklist of any future creations.

By Discord (Provided at the bottom of this page)

By Store, any of my store pages by the full link.

Mushy models and avatars are allowed for personal use. Commercial use is allowed only for monetized streaming, photography or videography with the same crediting rules that apply.

Distribution Rules:

Any redistribution of my models or assets in an illegal way may result in a lawsuit and or cease and desist being put in place, along as a permanently being put on a blacklist.

My avatars and assets may not be used or sold through over website for any reason. NOR may they be used on any other platforms or games. They are STRICTLY for VRChat usage only.

Reuse of any assets on any of my creations is against this TOS and the TOS of any creators work i am using for my models.

Buying any of my models or assets and redistributing them without the other person/party owning said avatar or asset will result in you being blacklisted from further purchases.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of online products, a refund is not possible, By purchasing any products from any of the stores you are agreeing to this TOS. Issuing a chargeback will result in being put on the blacklist.

You may freely edit my avatars as long as you keep the original hair and outfit that were put on the avatar.
