Behind this philosophy, there is a personal story, rooted in a powerful lesson my grandfather Jose shared with me before he passed away. During his final days, while he was battling illness, he spoke to me about life in a way that has shaped how I live to this day. He told me to imagine life as sitting in a chair, with its four legs representing four pillars: Mind, Heart, Body and Soul.
He explained that each leg—each pillar—needs to be nourished with equal care and attention. If we focus too much on one and neglect the others, the chair becomes unbalanced, and we’ll find ourselves constantly limping or struggling to stay upright. But if we strengthen all four pillars equally, we can live with stability, strength, and peace.
I have tried to honor the memory of my grandpa with this small business because his words have stayed with me, guiding me through my journey of self-improvement and balance. I strongly believe in nurturing the mind through learning, caring for my heart with love and relationships, keeping the body healthy, and feeding the soul through faith. This philosophy is not just something I talk about—it’s a way of living that keeps me grounded and balanced daily.
