TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL RULES:

1. No refunds. All sales are final. 

2. You MUST have proper licensing to use my products, meaning you must buy them while agreeing to my TOS.

4. You must credit me: mystrix404 & Link To My Shop

5. Do NOT claim as yours, give my assets out, resell, etc. ( all assets are made with hard work & love).

6. No price splitting. When purchasing my content you are purchasing a PERSONAL license for a SINGLE individual. 

7. You are expected to have blender/unity knowledge before purchasing any of my content. I am not obligated to help you.

8. Failure to provide your Full Name, Discord ID & Vrchat Name will result in a ban, as this is a breach of my TOS. 

9. Do not convert my content to any other games other than VRChat without my permission.

10. DMCA will be in order if you do not follow my TOS.

11. Private uploads only. My content is not allowed to be made public.

12. You are not allowed to share, leak, or trade my content.

13. You can NOT import any of my avatars to other games than Vrchat.

14. You are not allowed to use my assets on FREE avatars without my permission!

15. You may NOT use my textures on anything other than my products!

16. Joining and then instantly leaving the Discord server just to get free products may get you banned since I find it very disrespectful.

COMMERCIAL RULES:

16. You must be in my Discord Server in order to use my content commercially https://discord.gg/bE6bUZh

17. You have to ask for permission for a Commercial License by opening a ticket on my Discord Server.

18. if you are not approved in the 

#│commercial-confirmation OR #│license-confirmed channel in my Discord Server then you are NOT allowed to use it commercially!
