1. No refunds. All sales final.

1. Personal edits to any of my avatars that are PURCHASED is okay. This includes hair/headswaps. Please do not claim it as your own or resell MY work.

1. No price splitting. When purchasing my avis you are purchasing a PERSONAL license for a SINGLE individual.

1. Resale of any of my models is prohibited.

1. Private uploads only. My avatars are not allowed to be made public.

1. You are not allowed to share, leak, or trade my package.

1. You can NOT import any of my models to other games than vrchat.

1. You CAN NOT mine the assets from my avatars. You must purchase from the original creator.

1. I am not responsible for any updates that break the avatars. It is up to the customer to fix it.

1. I am not responsible for fixing any issues once the avatar package has been tampered with.

1. You can NOT make big unrecognizable edits to my avatars.

→Hair swaps are allowed. →ONE clothing change example: (top or pants swap is allowed). →Adding any unity color edits, props, non malicious scripts, etc is allowed. However, any other alteration to my avatars is not allowed as it may be deemed as making my original character unrecognizable.*
