3 Goals for this Week & Beyond!

💫  Your aim is to drink at least 2 litres of water per day. Not coffee, tea, etc. Just plain water!

Whether you get yourself a 2 litre drink bottle or a 1 litre drink bottle that you know you must drink x 2! Whatever it is to help you get to achieving this goal!

💫  Steps! Try to do 8000 to 10000 steps per day! That’s your goal. Walking is so much more beneficial than you think! & especially when most do have office jobs, it helps you to clear your head & focus on something other than work!

💫  Make smarter choices! Smarter & Healthier choices. It is all about moderation and balance after all. If you have had a stressful day and naturally reach for a chocolate, try replacing this with an apple. Doesn’t sound nearly as yum! Or try going for a walk. Sounds ridiculous, but when you have no energy, doing a workout or going for a walk helps give you more energy!
