MINDSET.

Something I see a lot of people struggle with daily is Mindset. When people first start at the gym, majority are focused on losing weight, toning, or building muscle. It’s all about physical appearance.

But I find that a couple of months in, & the more consistent they are with exercise, their mindset changes! They see so many other benefits that come with exercising then just weight loss. Weight loss can take time! Many clients start to shift their mindset from weight loss to that feeling they get once they finish a workout (when the natural endorphins hit).

They went from barely doing 5 bodyweight squats to being about to do 30 without stopping within weeks, from not being able to do a sit up to building up their core strength significantly and achieving 5!
