Earthing, or grounding, is the act of making bodily contact with the Earth's natural electric charge - simple body contact with the ground. This discovery has shown that it can help stabilize physiology at a profound level, decrease inflammation, stress, and pain, boost energy levels, improve blood flow, promote better sleep, and generate greater overall well-being.
