I am Busola Shogbamimu, the CEO of MASC Care Home, an elderly care home in Lagos, Nigeria, where I support the next chapter of senior living and provide caregiver training to individuals across different countries. Through my work, I am deeply committed to improving the quality of care, dignity, and everyday experiences of older persons.

I am also an inclusion advocate for senior citizens in Nigeria, working collaboratively with state institutions, corporate organisations, and individuals to reshape the ageing narrative in workplaces and communities. As the lead trainer at Top Bevel Consult and the founder of Naija Seniors—a social impact initiative of Top Bevel Consult, inspired by MASC Care Home — I champion carepreneurship, purposeful living, and legacy building, guided by the belief that we are built to last through intentional contribution, self-identification, and self-actualisation.
