Claiming my work

Claiming ANY of my work is not allowed! I will always give credit where it is due.

Discord / Vrchat ?

You have to let me know your vrc and discord name so you are not mistaken for someone whose stolen my work. If you avoid / put in the wrong info, you will have 0 rights to my work even after purchasing. You will have to rebuy whatever you purchased under the wrong name. You will not be eligible for refunds.

This does not apply to name changes but the purchase has to be under the correct name you had at the time. You will need to show proof!

Other game uploads

You may not upload or incorporate my assets or models in any game other than Vrchat without explicit permission.

banned.

If you have been banned, you may not use my work. If you attempt to buy my work under different names or accounts, you WILL lose whatever rights that account had and you will not be eligible for a refund!

Refunds

I do not offer refunds or any of my work. The only time a refund will be given is if a commissioned if canceled and I haven't done any work yet.

Buy buying anything from me, you automatically agree to abide by my Terms of server / use TOS / TOU. A legally binding contract between a service provider and a user.

By breaking my tos you leave yourself liable for civil contractual breaches, resulting in immediate penalties. Loss of rights to content or digital currency created or purchased on my platform.  It may also lead to lawsuits for damages, particularly if the breach involved automated scraping or accessing data through forbidden technical means. I also reserve the right to share the info you provided to my partners if my tos is not followed such as

Only these in the list will be shared with partners if my tos is broken. your address or any other sensitive information will never be share in any way.

No asset farming

No large edits, needs to be recognizable. You are not allowed to use my work in its raw file in any way, if you choose to change something it must be replaced with your own work. If the model Looks nothing like the original model, I will not claim credit for that model and will accuse you of stealing / reusing & intent to resell my work without proper license.

My edits / work.

You may not use any of my edited meshes / textures / my personal assets. This also Includes but is not limited by Unity assets / Material work.

Streaming

You can steam in my models as long as credit is being given the entire time. And to use my work to promote yourself or profit any kind You must be in my server to gain rights todo so.

Personal Package

All of my models are only allowed to be used for personal. Redistributing of any kind is prohibited, this includes but is not limited by Public game uploads, uploads the package on private/public websites & ect.

Model designs

All designs are protected by copyright law. As a consumer you are only buying the rights to use. You cannot legally modify, sell, or create new works based on the original design without written consent.

Age Restriction

You have to be or above the age of 18 to purchase my models

Nana Logo / Name tag

You may NOT remove my name off my model. All Nametags & chains with my name must remain on at all times.

Prohibition on AI Training and Machine Learning

The Receiving Party shall not use, upload, or feed any designs, photographs, packaging layouts, prototypes, or other assets provided by me ( Nana.3d ) into any artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, or large language model systems

Restriction on Derivative Works

The creation of derivative works based on My ( Nana.3d ) designs—including but not limited to style replication, visual adaptations, variations, or algorithmic modifications—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Must Credit me!

Must Credit me on ALL platforms its posted on, even after editing!

Commercial Package.

You may use my asset on completed models / sale models, ect. You may not profit off of a edit of the asset or share the asset with anyone.

You have to be apart of my server to buy and use a commercial package.

Free models / assets

To use & wear my work, you have to be in my server.

Personal Use of assest is not included

All free models must stay private!

Just because they are free does not give anyone the right to leak/share ANY of my work. The only time you will find my work publicly uploaded will be of my own doing.
