To accurately measure your nail bed, place a piece of masking tape over the widest part of your nail. Firmly press down to ensure it sits flush against your side walls.

Once the tape is securely on your nail, use a pen to mark both sides of your nail. Ensure that you mark carefully, as failing to do so may result in an unsatisfactory or inaccurate fit.

After marking each nail, remove the tape and measure the distance between both lines in millimetres. Be sure to write this down, as it is important!
