General TOS

• Taking and reusing any assets off my avatars is not allowed

• Streaming/Pictures/Social Media use is permitted with credits of either my TikTok or link to my Payhip

• All of my products are for VrChat purposes only. You may not transfer them to any other games/platforms

• Distributing files, such as sending to a friend, leaking, price splitting, trading, remaking, or paying someone to edit/upload any of my products is not allowed. If you need an upload to your account, dm me on Discord. If you are unsure if what you are doing is allowed, make a ticket in my server and ask

• You cannot take any of my Avatars and make them NSFW (toggle offs, nsfw clothing, adding genetalia, SPS), and you cannot use my models for any NSFW purposes whatsoever

• Do not claim any of my products as your own. Always give credit when due

• Making my models public is not allowed. The only public version allowed is if I provide one in my world.

• Refunds are not allowed as they are digital products

• Any wrong information put upon checkout (putting in someone elses info, leaving it blank, etc) is not allowed. If you accidentally leave a part blank or put in a wrong letter, number etc, you can always make a ticket in my server and ask me to change it for you so it is correct

• Any violations will result in a blacklist and a ban from my server and store

Free/Server Free

• General TOS still applies to free/server free products

• You must stay in my server for a minimum of one week after claiming a server free code. Leaving sooner will result in a blacklist and a ban from my server and store
