Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return on downloadable products or services, your request must comply with the terms specified below under Refunds.

Several types of goods and services are exempt from being returned:

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable eBooks
  • Completed 1:1 Wealth Map Sessions (30-minute sessions)
  • Accountability Plans (after the refund condition window closes)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any physical items back.

All returns are digital and will be processed via email support.



Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • 90-minute Wealth Map Sessions: A partial refund may be granted if the client exits the session at least 30 minutes before completion and can clearly state they did not receive any value.
  • Accountability Plan Packages: Refunds are conditional and only applicable if your net worth decreases (instead of increasing by at least 6–10%) after following our actionable guidance within 30 days, with valid proof of implementation.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return/refund request is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within a minimum of 01 day to a maximum of 30 days from the date of approval.

The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.



Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often some internal processing time before a refund is reflected.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.



Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace digital products if there’s a technical issue, such as a corrupted file or access issue.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once your request is approved, a credit coupon will be emailed to you.



Shipping

As our services and products are digital, there is no physical shipping involved.



Pricing and Currency

  • All prices displayed on our platform are in U.S. Dollars (USD) by default.



Platform & Payment Jurisdiction

We are hosted on Payhip, and any payment failures or transaction disputes will be subject to Payhip’s jurisdiction and policies.
