NISM Worship Standard License Agreement

Effective Date: May 30, 2026

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of all digital media purchased from NISM Worship and Now I See Media ("Licensor"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any media from NISM Worship, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for ministry, worship, educational, promotional, and organizational purposes.

Permitted uses include:

• Church worship services

• Livestreams and online broadcasts

• Sermons and ministry presentations

• Church websites

• Church social media channels

• Conferences, retreats, and ministry events

• Recorded services and archived broadcasts

This license grants usage rights only. Ownership and copyright remain with NISM Worship and Now I See Media.

2. Single Organization License

Each purchase grants a license to one church, ministry, organization, or business.

The licensed organization may use the media across its ministries, staff members, volunteers, and campuses operating under the same legal organization.

Separate organizations must purchase their own license.

3. Prohibited Uses

The purchaser may not:

• Resell the media in any form

• Redistribute the original files

• Share files with another church, ministry, organization, or business

• Upload files to stock media websites or file-sharing services

• Claim ownership of the media

• Include the media in products intended for resale

• Modify and redistribute the media as a new product

4. Streaming and Social Media Rights

The purchaser may use licensed media in:

• Livestreamed worship services

• Recorded worship services

• YouTube broadcasts

• Facebook broadcasts

• Vimeo broadcasts

• Church websites and social media channels

The media may not be uploaded as a standalone downloadable file for public distribution.

5. Copyright Ownership

All media remains the exclusive intellectual property of Now I See Media and NISM Worship.

Purchasing a product grants a license to use the media but does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, all sales are final.

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of NISM Worship in cases of duplicate purchases or defective files.

7. Limitation of Liability

NISM Worship and Now I See Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the media.

8. Changes to Agreement

NISM Worship reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of purchased media constitutes acceptance of the current version.
