About Me
Hi, I'm Olivia — the person behind Nubecitas Lab.
Nubecitas — little clouds in Spanish — felt right for a brand built around a mind that tends to wander, dream, and overflow with ideas. The Lab part? That's the other side of me: the one that needs systems, experiments constantly, and keeps adjusting until something works. Because when your mind runs in a hundred directions at once, structure isn't optional — it's what makes everything else possible.
Nubecitas Lab was born from a simple truth: my life has never fit neatly into one box. I've lived between countries, cultures, and languages — managing finances across borders, balancing multiple identities, and trying to keep up with a life that's always changing. For a long time, I tracked everything on paper. But as life got busier and more complex, I needed something I could access anywhere, that would grow with me, and that didn't require hours of manual work every week.
So I started building my own systems in Notion. Not because I had it all figured out — but because I needed to find something that worked in my new realities. And once I started sharing them with friends living similar realities, I realized this wasn't just my struggle. Because it's not just about living between countries. It's about living between worlds. Many of us are simultaneously employees and entrepreneurs, creatives and accountants, caregivers and content creators — wearing so many hats that keeping track of it all starts to feel impossible. We need spaces where all the different layers of our lives can finally connect, and where we can see the full picture instead of just the chaos.
That's what Nubecitas Lab is about: digital templates and systems designed for people whose lives don't fit a single currency, a single country, or a single identity. Systems that are thoughtfully designed, easy to use, and built to evolve — because life does too. Every template I create starts as something I needed myself. It gets tested, adjusted, and refined until it actually works in the messy, beautiful reality of everyday life. That's the Lab part — nothing here is finished, everything is always improving.
If you've ever felt like existing tools weren't quite built for someone like you — welcome. You're in the right place.
