My name is Mirjam Leslie Pringle, coach and therapist, and author of On Hold – How Your Life Stagnates in an Unhealthy Relationship. With my experience in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), I help individuals and couples break free from restrictive patterns, rebuild trust and affection, and regain control over their lives.

My mission is to help you recognize unhealthy dynamics, grow stronger, and make choices that truly align with who you are. Whether you are finding your way out of a relationship or working to reconnect within one, I support you in creating clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

Through my books, courses, and sessions, I offer practical tools to help you move forward with confidence. In addition, I offer my new PDF Relationship SOS, available in both English and Dutch, designed to give you immediate insight and practical steps when you feel stuck or want to restore connection in your relationship. 💛

Mijn missie is om jou te helpen ongezonde dynamieken te herkennen, sterker te worden en keuzes te maken die écht bij jou passen. Of je nu een relatie wilt loslaten of juist opnieuw verbinding wilt creëren binnen je relatie, ik begeleid je naar meer helderheid, veerkracht en duurzame verandering.
