You cannot resell/share my models with anyone and/or credit them as your own.

Do not share this avatar. If you buy it as a gift, put the recipient's information instead of yours.

You are not permitted to rip assets, textures, or the base from any avatar I make for personal use. You must buy from the original creator, which are linked under my sale posts.

My avatars are used for VRChat ONLY

Do NOT make my avatars public. Failure to comply will result in a permanent ban from my store.

Do NOT claim my avatars as yours. You are permitted to edit, but this does not mean you've created the avatar.

You are NOT permitted to give away Server Free codes or avatars. Any Server Free item codes are to be obtained through me. Please create a ticket in my Discord server.

You are allowed to create content using my avatars. Please give credit to the creator for the avatar if posted (i.e., "Avi by OnyxSaroria).

If you need someone else to upload an avatar for you, they have to buy the avatar as well. I offer uploads for patrons at $5 per upload through Admin support.

By purchasing any item, you agree to adhere to and follow the terms of service. Failure to adhere to the terms of service will result in fines and legal action. You will be asked to cease and remove as well. The copyright in a work initially belongs to the author(s) who created that work. Copyright exists automatically in an original work of authorship once it is fixed in a tangible medium. This 3D asset is protected by Copyright Law, illegal distribution and failure to abide by the given Terms of Service of the said asset can be subjected to fines between $200 to $150,000, infringer pays actual dollar amount of damages and profits made by said stolen asset, the infringer will pay all attorney fees and court costs, illegal iterations of the stolen work can be impounded and possible jail time.
