Willie Balloon is the Founder, Owner, and Multimedia Producer of PIC Entertainment (Positively Inspired Creations). PIC Entertainment is a positive multimedia company that aims to uplift, motivate, encourage, and inspire those who are often defeated mentally.

Willie has over 20 years of traditional and digital art experience, including graphic design, comics, animation, and music production.

He is an avid artist, speaker, author, and Texas school Art Educator who is passionate about admonishing and exhorting others to reach their full potential.

Willie has published two coloring books debuting his original characters: Millie’s Adventure and the Z-Enforcers.

He and his beautiful wife reside in the DFW area with their sweet and sassy Shih Tzu, Zowee.

MY STORY

As an 80’s kid, pop culture was at its highest peak with numerous iconic films that shaped the history of filmmaking with classics such as Star Wars, Jaws, Superman, and Rocky, to name a few.

Consequentially, the impact and influence of these iconic movies inspired some of the biggest names in the toy industry, namely Hasbro, Mattel, and Parker Bros in immortalizing the fictional characters into superhero cartoon characters and action figures.

The idea of connecting life experiences to various forms of art media helped cultivate my voice and style of art using storytelling to convey positive messages that transcend cultural and societal barriers.
