Pace & Flow was built by one of the most experienced sports event registration practitioners in the GCC and Middle East. Over more than eight years, the work behind this platform has spanned major marathons, obstacle races, corporate wellness events, and multi-sport festivals across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar — with systems that have processed more than 300,000 participants across more than 30 events.

The experience covers the full registration architecture: form design and platform setup, pricing strategy, participant communications, corporate and group sales, cross-sales and merchandise, post-event data analysis, and the operational integration that connects registration data to event-day execution.
