At Painted Lip Gloss LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we have the following refund policy in place.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number, A description of the issue, Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Painted Lip Gloss LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the carrier directly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
