It all started with a nappy... or rather, by discovering babies can live without them.

In 2019 I became an elimination communication (EC) and potty learning coach.

In 2018 I had a baby who slept so badly it nearly broke me. But break me it did not, thanks to Aware Parenting. And now I love to help parents understand and put it all into practice.
