For mentees who want ongoing guidance, accountability, and measurable progress.

- Session 1 – Vision and Foundation
- Clarify calling, mission, and measurable goals.
- Session 2 – Structure and Systems
- Build practical frameworks for managing time, content, and projects.
- Session 3 – Strategy and Growth
- Develop positioning, partnerships, and sustainability plans.
- Session 4 – Sustainability and Next Season
- Evaluate results, adjust strategies, and outline the next 6 months.
