About Paws Press
We’re a small team of real people with a shared commitment to helping others build a deeper, steadier relationship with themselves. Our background includes human resources, career counseling, facilitation, and years of one-on-one and group work with people navigating change, uncertainty, and growth.
These journals were designed to be more than prompts on a page. They’re meant to support a real journaling practice — one that helps people slow down, notice patterns, and move from reflection into action. We create with the belief that inner work and outer life are connected, and that writing can be a powerful place to begin bridging that gap.
Our approach is informed by Jungian thought, FIRO Theory, Nonviolent Communication, Stoicism, depth psychology, and the practical realities of working with people over time. We care about making resources that are thoughtful, structured, and genuinely useful.
We’re a brand, but not a faceless one. We believe in quality, in depth, and in making something that people can return to again and again. Our journals are designed by humans, for humans, with a clear purpose: to help people create a stronger connection to themselves and their lives.
