• This is a legal agreement between you (the end user) and Pengedar Seni. By purchasing, downloading, or using our fonts, you agree to the terms below.
• Fonts are licensed, not sold. You receive usage rights, not ownership.
• Fonts cannot be redistributed, resold, modified, or converted into new fonts.
• Personal/Demo fonts are not allowed for commercial use.
• You may not embed the font on a server or app without a specific license.
• Clients must own the license if the project is for them.
• We reserve the right to pursue fines (5–20x the license value) for license violations.
• No refunds. Please test with demo/personal version before purchasing.
• Any breach of this agreement may result in license termination.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Fonts may not be used in:

• ❌ Violence, pornographic content
• ❌ Hate speech, racism, or religious defamation
• ❌ Illegal, misleading, or unethical projects

• If you are a designer, studio, agency, or consultant, the license must be owned by your client. You may purchase the license on their behalf or ask them to purchase it directly.
• Personal/Demo fonts are strictly for non-commercial use only.
• Licenses are non-transferable. You cannot share, sublicense, or distribute the fonts to third parties outside your organization.
• Modifying, renaming, or reselling the font files (in any form) is prohibited.
• For any use in logos, apps, broadcasting, servers, or trademark purposes, a suitable license must be obtained beforehand.
• We reserve the right to take legal action for any unauthorized commercial use of our fonts.
