Hi, I’m Frank Ademoye, a Senior Business Analyst, Process Architect, and Author.

I’ve spent over a decade helping businesses untangle messy systems, redesign broken processes and translating complexity into clarity. My work spans financial services, digital media, legal, government, aviation and more, delivering process automation, regulatory transformation and business architecture across some of the UK’s most complex environments.

I wrote the book "Business Analysis Is Not What You Think - Let me explain" because in my experience, too many people think Business Analysis is about jargon, templates or just “gathering requirements.” It’s not. It’s about seeing what others miss, asking the right questions, and turning chaos into flow.
