PermOasis Field Guides sells digital products delivered immediately after successful checkout. Because access is provided at once, purchases are generally final once a file has been downloaded.

If you purchased by mistake, contact us before downloading. We will review refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be provided for duplicate charges, corrupted or inaccessible files that we cannot replace, or where required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind after download, failure to read the product description, or dissatisfaction with information clearly described before purchase.

To request help, use the Contact page and include your name, order email, product, purchase date, and reason. We normally respond within three business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
