1. Digital product

PestScare is supplied as a downloadable digital audio product. No physical product will be posted or delivered.

Your purchase gives you access to the PestScare audio file for personal use on your own devices, including phones, tablets, other mobile devices and compatible playback equipment.

2. Immediate delivery and cancellation rights

By purchasing PestScare and requesting immediate delivery, you agree that delivery of the digital content may begin immediately after payment.

You acknowledge that once delivery of the digital content begins, your statutory right to cancel may end in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements.

3. Download access

Your purchase includes up to 3 download attempts.

Once downloaded, you may save the PestScare file to your own devices and use it whenever required, subject to these terms.

4. Personal-use licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the PestScare audio file.

You may not:

• resell or redistribute the file;
• share the file with other people;
• upload it publicly;
• commercially reproduce it;
• make copies for resale or distribution; or
• otherwise make the file available to third parties without permission.

Purchase of PestScare does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual-property rights.

5. Results and responsible use

PestScare is designed to assist with the deterrence of nuisance birds. Results can vary depending on species, location, surroundings, playback equipment, volume, timing, frequency of use and other factors.

We do not guarantee complete or permanent removal of birds.

You are responsible for using PestScare safely, responsibly and with appropriate consideration for neighbours, wildlife, local noise requirements and other third parties.

6. Refunds and faulty digital content

Because PestScare is supplied as immediately accessible digital content, refunds are not normally available simply because you change your mind after delivery has begun.

However, nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights. If the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-law standards, you may have legal remedies.
