I’m an artist and photographer who captures the soul of nature — then transforms it into watercolor digital art.

If you’re interested in minting one of my artworks as an NFT, this page explains how it works — legally, ethically, and professionally.

🔐 What You Get With an NFT License

When you purchase an NFT license from me, you receive:

✅ Non-exclusive rights to mint the artwork as an NFT on any platform (OpenSea, Zora, etc.)

✅ Commercial use rights — you can sell, promote, or use the NFT in marketing campaigns

✅ Certificate of authenticity

✅ My name credited — you must mention “Art by M.A.L.K” in the NFT description

❌ You may NOT:

• Claim you are the original creator
• Resell the digital file as-is (without minting)
• Use the image for illegal or harmful content
• Transfer the license to a third party without my approval

💰 Pricing & Options

• Basic NFT License For personal or small-scale commercial use. Mintable once. Non-exclusive.
• Extended NFT License For brands, agencies, or large-scale projects. Includes unlimited minting rights. Non-exclusive.
• Exclusive NFT License You become the sole owner of the artwork’s rights. I will remove it from all other sales.

💡 All licenses are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

📩 How to Buy

1. Contact me directly via email or message (link below)
2. Tell me which artwork you want to mint
3. Choose your license type
4. I’ll send you a secure payment link (payhip)
5. After payment, you’ll receive:

• The high-res file (JPG + PNG)
• A signed certificate of authenticity
• A custom license agreement (PDF)
