❥︎ If both people own the respective avatars, then uploading is allowed; this includes custom commissions

❥︎ Do not use for any type of Racism, Transphobia, xenophobia, Homophobia, and other harmful ways

❥︎ Do not promote leaked Avatars; it is meant for private use only. Report it

❥︎ Sps is not added to Quest

❥︎ You may edit my avatars to your liking, do not claim ownership and is depicted in a legal way

❥︎ Expressions are in the Menu, I will not change this, feel free to change this is you have unity knowledge! If you do not want or like it, please do not feel pressured to buy

❥︎ I ask to include your VRChat profile link when verifying. This helps us confirm your identity if you change your username and makes the verification process faster and more secure.

❥︎ If you want to use my avatar for VTubing use, you may, BUT you must check and make sure the assets are allowed on your own before you can, and you MUST give me credit and also include a link to my store

❥︎ You may not resell my avatars, even if edited

❥︎ If you would like to make DLC for my avatars (clothes, props, etc) you may as long as you credit me for the avatar and please let me know! I would love to see

❥︎ You may not resell my textures and/or assets, even if edited; you may use them on a complete avatar for sale (public, free, nitro, commercial, etc) or commissions if both parties own it
