General TOS

1) 18+ Only when buying an avatar with NSFW features

2) Below 18 is allowed to buy the SFW Avatars Only 

3) Refunds are not Applicable 

4) If you do not agree to TOS you will be banned. If misclicked, make a ticket in my server to discuss further

5) Price splitting is bannable 

6) My avatars are assets are not allowed to be used in AI in any forms 

7) SFW avatars I will not modify to be Nsfw buyer is allowed to alter avatar to be, though must be 18+ and the mesh may be cut for some 

8) If you modify my creations and then it breaks, my staff and I are not liable to fix it

9) Altering chibis in inappropriate manners is strictly prohibited 

10) Sharing, Leaking, Uploading to others accounts who do not own is is bannable, this includes to leaking websites or making it public. If both people own the respective avatar then uploading is allowed.

11) If you are commissioning someone, both parties must own the respective creation

12) Avatars must be uploaded privately 

13) Do not remove my logo 

14) Do not resell my creations even if it’s altered

15) Discord Name and VRChat name with link, if you do not then you may not use the respective creation

16) Most of my assets may be used on Free, Paid, Public, Personal, and Nitro creations as long as credit with a link to my store is given.

17) If my avatar is in any type of media, May it be Sfw or Nsfw, it must have credits to me with a link to my store (if links is applicable) do not gate keep

18) Do not use in taboo and or extreme types of media

19) Must be depicted in a legal way

20) Do not use for any type of Racism, Transphobia, Homophobia, Xenophobia, and other insidious ways

21) Do not promote leaked and or public avatars, assets, and or textures that are not supposed to be public

22) If a creation of mine is public that is not by me and or meant for private use only, report it

Texture TOS

1) My textures do not match to a certain base unless it is strictly stated, please do not ask me to color match

2) I do not give out substance painter, psd, and or any format than pngs of my Textures

3) Do not remove my logo

4) Textures are usually used only on Commercial, Public, and or Private unless it is strictly stated in the description
