Avatar TOS:

1. You must be 18+ to buy a avatar with NSFW Feature
2. If you are below 18, please look into my Public Avatars, SFW Avatars, and avatars I have for sale on VRChat
3. Refunds are not applicable, if you do a chargeback you will be banned and blacklisted
4. If you do not agree to TOS you will be banned. If you misclicked, make a ticket in the server to discuss further
5. Price Splitting is Bannable
6. Leaking/Ripping my Avatars is Bannable
7. My avatars are NOT allowed to be used in AI of ANY Form
8. I will not modify SFW Avatars to be NSFW. If you are 18+ please feel free to alter the avatar to be, be aware the mesh may be cut
9. Altering chibis in inappropriate manners is strictly prohibited
10. If you modify my avatar and it breaks, I am not liable to fix it
11. Sharing, Leaking, Uploading to others who may not own it, giving it to someone who doesnt own it for upload, is bannable, this also includes making it public and or adding it to leaking websites
12. If both people own the respective avatar, then uploading is allowed, this includes custom comissions
13. Avatars MUST be uploaded privately
14. Do not resell my Avatars even if it is altered
15. Do not remove my logo
16. Do not asset mine, buy them from the respective creator
17. Discord Name and VRChat name with link, if you do not then you may not use the respective Avatar
18. Avatar may be used in any type of social media, even if edited, you must credit me with link to my store (if links are applicable) do not gatekeep
19. Do not use in taboo or extreme types of media, it my avatars must be depicated in a legal way
20. Do not use for any type of Racism, Transphobia, Xenophiboa, Homophobia, and other harmful ways
21. Do not promote leaked Avatars, it is meant for private use only, report it
22. Sps is not added to Quest
23. You may edit my avatars to your liking, do not claim ownership and is depicted in a legal way
24. Expressions are in the Menu, I will not change this, feel free to change this is you have unity knowledge! If you do not want or like it, please do not feel pressured to buy

Uploads:

1. Paid avatars have a fee of 5$ for a upload. Free Avatars have a free upload.
2. To get a avatar that is NSFW uploaded, you must be age verified on VRChat and show us in the ticket.
3. If you are not age verified on VRChat then we can only upload SFW avatars for you

Asset TOS:

1. You must be 18+ to buy a NSFW Asset
2. Discord Name and VRChat name with link, if you do not then you may not use the respective creation
3. Leaking/Ripping my Assets is Bannable
4. My assets are NOT allowed to be used in AI of ANY Form
5. Do not resell my Assets even if it is altered
6. Price splitting is bannable
7. Most of my assets may be used on Free, Paid, Public, Personal, and Nitro creations as long as credit with a link to my store is given.
8. Do not remove my logo
9. Do not gate keep
10. Do not use in taboo or extreme types of media, my assets must be depicated in a legal way
11. Do not use for any type of Racism, Transphobia, Xenophiboa, Homophobia, and other harmful ways
12. Refunds are not applicable, if you do a chargeback you will be banned and blacklisted
13. For commissions, both parties must own the asset

Texture TOS

1. My textures do not match to a certain base unless it is strictly stated, please do not ask me to color match
2. I do not give out substance painter, psd, and or any format than pngs of my Textures
3. Do not remove my logo
4. Textures are usually used only on Commercial, Public, and or Private unless it is strictly stated in the description 
5. You are not allowed to resell my textures nor resell edits of my texture (if it can be sold if it is on a avatar)
6. Most of my Asset TOS applies to my Texture TOS
