MUST be 18+ if you are buying a avatar with SPS/NSFW features
If you are under 18 you are allowed to buy my SFW Avatars ONLY
Avatars that are SFW, I will not modify to be NSFW, though the buyer is allowed to alter the avatar to do so if they are 18+, though be aware that some avatars have mesh cutout.
If you modify Pirranhaz's avatars and break the avatar, I and or staff are not liable to fix the avatar.
Altering any of my Chibi models to have NSFW features is STRICTLY Prohibited.
Do NOT share/leak/upload, nor upload it to other's accounts. If you both OWN the respective avatar then you may upload it for them.
If you are commissioning someone, BOTH parties must own the avatar
Avatars must be uploaded privately
Do NOT remove my logo from my avatars
Do NOT resell, including edits of this avatar
You may NOT use assets from my avatars. Every asset must be purchased from the original creators.
Must give Discord Name with Numbers and VRChat Name, if you do not then you are NOT allowed to use the avatar, even if it's free
If you are banned from my server you are NOT allowed to buy or use anything from my store

If you are commissioning someone, BOTH parties must own the assets
Free and Paid Assets may be used on Free, Public, Commercial, and Personal models but you must credit me Pirranhaz with a link to my store.
You can use some items for Nitro it is stated in the respective description

Do NOT remove my logo from my assets
Head textures are usually only Commercial/Public/Private avatars only unless stated otherwise in their respective descriptions
Access will be revoked if you do not follow rules
