1 - Restrictions

Sharing, leaking, trading, redistributing, reselling, or ripping my products in any form is strictly forbidden.

My products may not be used for commissions unless both the creator and the client have individually purchased the asset.

2 - Purchasing & Gifting

If purchasing a product as a gift, the recipient’s information or email must be provided at checkout.

Price splitting, shared ownership, or group purchases are strictly prohibited.

3 - Credit & Usage

All products may be used on any avatar type, including public, paid, Nitro, free, and personal avatars.

Proper credit is required whenever my products are used. Please credit Pixa Bits / Pixa and include a direct link to my store.

You may not claim, copy, or present my work as your own under any circumstances.

4 - Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges will not be issued under any circumstances.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in permanent blacklisting from future purchases, revocation of access, and any additional actions deemed necessary.

Notes

The use of purchased work with generative AI or any form of artificial intelligence is strictly forbidden.

All files are issued with a unique fingerprint license key tied to the original purchaser. Files can always be traced back to their source, regardless of redistribution or transfer.
